-
Though medically harmless, these benign lesions can cause persistent itching, irritation, or cosmetic concern. YourSkin Clinic can provide diagnosis and treatment for all lesions of concern.
-
Uneven pigmentation is one of the most common skin concerns we see. Whether it's developed from sun exposure, hormonal changes, or past inflammation, our doctor can help identify the type and talk you through the options that may be appropriate for your skin.
-
Changes to an existing mole or the appearance of an unusual growth should always be assessed by a doctor. Atypical lesions vary widely in appearance and causes. Early evaluation is the most important step you can take.
-
When skin heals, it doesn't always go back to the way it was. Scars can stay raised, pull at the surrounding skin, or remain sensitive for years.
-
Torn or stretched ear lobes are a common concern, often the result of years of wearing earrings, heavy jewellery, or accidental trauma. The tissue doesn't repair itself, but surgical correction is a straightforward procedure.
-
A skin cyst is a closed pocket of tissue that sits beneath the surface of the skin. While harmless, they can grow, become inflamed, or develop in places that cause discomfort.
-
Broken capillaries are a common, harmless skin concern characterised by fine red or purple vessels visible beneath the skin's surface.
-
Whether they've developed from sun exposure, movement, or a loss of volume beneath the skin, there are a range of treatment options available for deep lines and wrinkles.
-
A skin tag is a small, soft outgrowth attached to the skin by a thin stalk. They pose no medical risk, but can cause irritation or affect how you feel about your skin.
-
Those fine, web-like vessels on the legs are known as spider veins or telangiectasias. Common and generally harmless, they can still be a source of self-consciousness. Our doctor can assess your skin health and the possibility of treatment.
-
Facial volume loss is a gradual process that can subtly change the way the face looks, such as flattening of the cheeks, deepening the shadows around the eyes, and altering the overall balance of features. Our doctor and nurse are trained to identify the appropriate options for your volume concerns.
